If you send in 10 or less phones they will be repaired and shipped back to you in 3 days or less. If you send in up to 100 pieces it takes about 5 to 7 working days before they are shipped.
We use UPS or FedEx and depending on which shipping method you select, shipping times are next day, 2 days, 3 days or 5 to 7 days.
We will phone or email you when your repair is ready to be shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Institutions such as governments, hospitals, large corporations and education facilities may issue Purchase Orders.
After your phones or other telephone equipment are repaired, they are sent to the refurbishing department where they are completely sanitized and made to look almost new. They are returned to you with a new handset curly cord, new line cord (the one that plugs the phone into the wall jack) and new designation papers. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Quite simply put, if you are not completely satisfied with the work that we have done, you will be offered a full refund or a redo of the work.
It means just that. If any of the equipment we repair for you fails under regular business conditions during the first 12 months we will send you a replacement item or repair the failed one. Regular business conditions do not include spilling coffee on a repaired phone or your building being hit by lightning or things of that nature.
I’m not happy with my present vendor but I am a little apprehensive going with a new vendor. Is there any way I can test the waters?
Of course there is.

2. If you are sending in 10 or more phones or circuit cards to be repaired, we would be happy to do one item at no charge, send it back to you for your approval before continuing with the repair of your other equipment.
