Repair Packing List
Sending in phones and equipment for repair is very easy. Just follow these easy steps.
Step 1: Package the phones/equipment in a box with crumpled newspaper or other packing supplies so that the phones do not move around.
Step 2: Please download the repair packing list below.
Step 3: Fill out the Request for a UPS Pick-Up Tag Form Here.
Step 4. Use the pre-paid label to drop the package off at any UPS Location.
